Dues & assessments
Monthly dues cover the shared costs of the community, and we steward them carefully.
Dues are set each year by the mutual’s budget and cover maintenance of grounds and facilities, insurance, shared utilities and a reserve for major future work. We keep them reasonable while protecting the community’s long-term value.
